Online or In-Person Private Sessions


ONLINE OR IN-PERSON SESSIONS NOW AVAILABLE!  Work on strengthening & conditioning, flexibility training, dance technique or choreography and performance expression.  Single sessions are $65 for 75 minutes or $50 for 60 minutes (at Ashley's home studio or online with Skype or FaceTime), and will include notes and personal programming delivered right to your email inbox.

A trained coach can help with a myriad of goals: lifestyle changes, improving posture, flexibility, strength, athletic performance, rehabilitating injuries. Ashley is a certified Yoga, Pilates and Fitness instructor with over 14 years experience and brings her eclectic knowledge of fitness and yoga together to create highly personalized, effective and efficient programming for her clients.  An online document with detailed workout and will be created for you to so that you may track your own progress, receive continued feedback, and have workouts outlined for you that you can do regularly on your own.     

Your training may include any of the following based on your interests and goals: Yoga, Pilates Mat and Equipment, TRX, Free Weights, and Cardiovascular Exercises, Flexibility and for dancers Choreography, Performance Coaching & Technical Drills, all available at the studio or online.  You first session will include a Health Background, Postural Analysis and Goal Assessment to get you going on the right track as efficiently and safely as possible.  Ongoing clients will be provided notes specially designed workout plans and helpful resources for workouts, lifestyle changes and nutrition.
